To ensure all Hawai`i businesses have equal access to the best practical business information by providing free, low-cost digital information programs and expert research assistance to individuals, businesses and the greater small business community, thus enabling Hawai`i businesses to be more competitive, and the economy more sustainable.

By 2012, the Hawai`i Business Research Library will be the leading authority in reliable digital business information and a key player in the Hawai`i economic development community as evidenced by:
